That Time I Spoke in Public

Back in 2014, a nationwide show came to town, I auditioned and became one of the 12 speakers to grace the stage of the historical Jefferson Theater in Beaumont, Texas, and tell a story about motherhood.

It was one of the most horrifyingly delightful things I've ever done.

Fortunately (or unfortunately) it lives on through the halls of YouTube, so that others can take in my not-so-great public speaking skills.

However, if you can get past the speaker and focus on the story, you'll be glad you did.

Let me know what's on your mind
